What's COAR Notify ?

The COAR Notify Protocol is designed to integrate repository systems with relevant
services using W3C `Linked Data Notifications <https://www.w3.org/TR/ldn/>`_ in a
distributed, resilient, and web-native architecture.

It provides a standardized and interoperable approach to link research outputs in distributed networks with external services.
