Static site generation process
==============================

Entries in the website are generated from entries from the :doc:`data file <data>`.
They are parsed and translated using specific data classes so that all datasets related to a specific export of the archive are grouped together.

Next HTML pages are generated for every datasets, groups and categories.

Then a :doc:`datasets.json file <export>` is generated and will serve as a machine
readable list of datasets and as the database for the local search engine.

Finally all assets are compiled / processed / copied to be included in the ``output``
directory.
